Donna's Recipe was founded by Tabitha Brown (@iamtabithabrown) and Gina Woods (@ginalosangeles). Together, they sought out the mission to exclusively offer vegan, high-quality ingredients that not only work but also products that you look forward to for a consistent hair care routine. The entire line consists of nutrient-rich, clean, vegan ingredients that will keep you coming back and staying consistent on your hair care journey. Brown and Woods launched Donna's Recipe on DonnasRecipe.com on January 1st, 2021. Currently, you can also find Donna's Recipe at every Ulta Beauty store across all US locations and Target. In April 2023, Ulta Beauty named Donna's Recipe the Black-Owned Brand of the Year.
